RM Inventory precisely blocked in SAP with bodily blockading mechanism in area as per VPO requirements for nice associated & obsolescence stock
Ensure compliance to the freshness & rotation coverage as per VPO standards
Managing and day by day planning of workload for team
Daily Documentation Control
Ensuring true Governance
Weekly and month-to-month inventory matter compliance
Monitor and manipulate uncooked substances and shares – coping with and storage
Apply desirable waste administration practices
Apply Good Housekeeping and 5S principles
Risk assessments and issuing of PTW
HR & Administrative duties
Liaison with interior and exterior customers
Support crew dreams and VPO principles
Daily Stock Reconciliation
Weekly PRP compliance
All Documentation signed-off by way of applicable persons, filed & securely saved as per Inventory Control Policy – Inventory inventory packs, cargo packs, gate register, etc.
Security cameras in key factors on website & random verification conducted
3 Point unbiased exams are performed on all shipments for departure & arrival – Random tests carried out to make certain compliance
Profile:
National Diploma in Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics or applicable research
2-3 years’ ride in a Stock Control environment
Knowledge of Stock Control Processes
MS Office & SAP proficiency
Licensed FLT driver
Attention to details
Problem fixing ability
Good verbal potential and verbal exchange skills
A group player with well-developed organisational and planning skills
Capable of running in a pressurised cross- practical and disturbing environment
Good purchaser ethics and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-manage
