RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a welcoming, inspirational, and customized trip for all customers
Drive income and turnover by using motivating and inspiring the crew individuals to acquire income targets
Ensure visible merchandising requirements create a stunning save experience
Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy and utterly replenished income floor
Ensure inventory levels, inventory losses and shrinkage are efficaciously managed
Ensure all merchandise are efficiently priced with applicable Price stickers and /or signage
Ensure that inventory take, and cycle matter variance reviews are checked, variances are investigated, and inventory shortages or unbalanced inventory facts is escalated to the Area Manager
Ensure that factor of sale and banking processes are adhered to and increase any areas of problem with the Area Manager
Ensure all save requirements and operations insurance policies and processes are adhered to
Effective execution of all operational things to do inside the store
REQUIREMENTS
A matric, grade 12 or equal certificate
A ardour for cosmetics, retail, and patron service
Knowledge of splendor and skincare products
Strong consumer carrier orientation
A sturdy work ethic and hands-on attitude
Ability to work a bendy time table to meet operational needs
Basic talent with e mail and Excel
Good conversation skills
Ability to continue to be calm and satisfactory in pressurised situations
Ability to stand for lengthy durations of time
Ability to show and promote products
Ability to create a buzz in your shop that will encourage your group and inspire clients to come returned and buy more
