MMC Expectations
Candidates should:
- Provide own accommodation and transport for the entire duration of the training period.
- Be available and committed to the entire duration of the 12-month training period and comply with the conditions of the contractual agreement.
- Abide by all MMC’s policies and procedures and contribute towards the company goals and motto of creating strength during this period.
Minimum Job Requirements
You must have completed the following qualifications to be considered for the opportunity:
- National Diploma/ B Tech/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology with not more than 1 years’ experience
