Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell security services and products to existing and potential clients.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to tailor solutions to clients’ requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Utilize cold calling to reach out to potential leads.
Ensure prompt resolution of client issues to enhance satisfaction.
Meet sales targets within specified timelines.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze market potential and provide regular sales reports.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Attend community projects and marketing events.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are mandatory.
Proven sales experience.
Essential knowledge and experience in security.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal-oriented with a successful sales track record.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt presentations to suit audience needs.
Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
