A High Occupancy Lodge is searching for a Duty Manager Food and Beverage from a 5 Star Lodge background
Duties required
Full duty for the going for walks of the Stock Control Division in the Food & Beverage Department and the arranging of Guest Delights
Implementing and retaining a day by day Stock Management & Control System
Ensure ample inventory levels: Storeroom / Cellar and Fridge control
Daily administrative functions, inventory takes and reconciliation of income vs fees vs inventory use
Assisting with the buying and receiving of beverage stock
Stock problems to bar and different departments
Weekly administration, Invoices and GRV’s
Ensure that the bar and cellar is nicely stocked and have full Knowledge of inventory items
Monthly stocktakes and submitting of the facts with in deadlines
Overseeing and managing all components of meals and beverage operations
Managing of F&B team, presenting education and put in force techniques to maximize guest experience
Hosting of friends for the duration of meal instances the place necessary
Assisting administration with administrative duties
Personality

Qualifications and Requirements (All ought to be valid)
Minimum of four years working ride in Food & Beverage Department with in a comparable Luxury 5* Lodge environment
Food & Beverage knowledge
An analytical method with an eye for detail
Strong administrative skills
Guest interaction
FOH structures ride – PAN an advantage
Experience in Purchasing, Stock Control Systems and Stocktakes
Code eight driver’s licence
