Boxer Superstores is searching for a detail-oriented and skilled Admin Supervisor to be part of our group at the Polokwane Distribution Centre. This position reviews without delay to the Finance Controller and performs a indispensable section in making sure environment friendly administrative tactics inside our distribution operations.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or diploma in Administration or a associated field.
Minimum of three years of work journey in an administrative role.
Proficient in working with interior stakeholders, together with all distribution centre staff, Head Office, payroll, and administration accounts.
Experience interacting with exterior stakeholders, which includes suppliers and group of workers transport.
Knowledge of the BOMM System is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interest to element and accuracy.
Effective verbal exchange and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a number of teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze and system Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) accurately.
Balance GRVs in opposition to invoices and tackle any discrepancies.
Raise claims for overcharges or brief deliveries and put together reviews on all GRVs processed.
Compile and confirm GRV and Inter-Branch Transfer (IBT) reviews from the preceding day, making sure all duties have been completed.
Ensure that all bureaucracy reconciles with reviews and check out any discrepancies.
Resolve discrepancies the place possible; improve unresolved problems to Head Office.
Request stock counts to reconcile bodily inventory in opposition to device stock.
