JOB DESCRIPTION
SECURITY OFFICER (NATIONAL KEY POINT CERTIFICATE)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION.
A Security Guard, or Security Officer, is accountable for defending a person, organization, or asset in the case of an incident. Their responsibilities consist of monitoring a particular area, evicting trespassers, and writing reviews detailing any occurrences for the duration of their shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect and patrol premises regularly.
Monitor property entrance.
Authorize entrance of humans and vehicles.
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings.
Secure all exits, doorways and windows.
Monitor surveillance cameras.
Requirements
A excessive faculty qualification or equivalent.
Grade C PSIRA Certificate
National Key Point (NKP) Certificate
A qualification in protection training.
Basic first resource capabilities would be advantageous.
Physical energy and fitness.
Prior ride as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
Attention to detail.
Competencies
Having right conversation skills.
Being bodily fit.
Having right information of safety environments and hazards.
Being polite.
Having interpersonal skills.
Being capable to work with a team
