Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a person in a senior capacity to oversee our business operations and will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitably. This person must be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressured environment and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. The position also requires guiding management staff, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimize operational performance, ensuring company standards are upheld in conjunction with operational and financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets and setting performance objectives
- Recruiting, training and supporting site managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals
- Developing and implementing business and operational plans
- Managing internal and external relations and negotiating contracts and operational requirements
- Planning, evaluating and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
- Ensuring service levels comply with regulatory, quality standards and client expectations
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual regional reports, including reports of operations and finances
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports and disciplinary / legal actions
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid drivers licence
- Degree in business administration, management or a similar fields preferred
- At least 5-years operational, management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, WMS Systems and project management tools
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Package & Remuneration
Annual CTC R420 000.00
